১. সেবা ও পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট
1. Service & Payment Settlement

Spy Pay মার্চেন্টের গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ করতে সাহায্য করবে।
Spy Pay will assist in collecting payments from the merchant's customers.

সংগৃহীত পেমেন্ট থেকে নির্ধারিত সার্ভিস চার্জ/ফি কেটে পরবর্তী ব্যাংকিং কার্যদিবসে মার্চেন্টের নির্ধারিত ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে (BEFTN এর মাধ্যমে) স্থানান্তরিত হবে।
Collected payments will be transferred to the merchant's bank account via BEFTN on the next business day after deducting agreed fees.
২. মার্চেন্টের দায়িত্ব ও বাধ্যবাধকতা

মার্চেন্ট কেবল বৈধ পণ্য ও সেবার মূল্য গ্রহণের জন্য এই পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
The merchant may only use this gateway to receive payments for legitimate goods and services.

ভুলবশত বা অন্য উপায়ে অতিরিক্ত টাকা চলে আসলে তা তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে রিভার্স (ফেরত) করার অধিকার Spy Pay সংরক্ষণ করে।
Spy Pay reserves the right to reverse transactions in case of wrong or excess payments after investigation.

মার্চেন্টের নিজস্ব পেমেন্ট ওয়ালেট ও ক্রেডেনশিয়াল সুরক্ষিত রাখার দায়িত্ব মার্চেন্টের।
The merchant is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their payment wallet credentials.
৩. অবৈধ ব্যবহার, লোন সেবা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিলকরণ
3. Illegal Use, Loan Services & Account Termination

যেকোনো প্রকার অবৈধ লেনদেন, অবৈধ লোন (Loan) বা সুদে ঋণ প্রদান, প্রতারণা, জুয়া, মানি লন্ডারিং বা দেশের প্রচলিত আইনবিরোধী কাজে এই গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
Using this gateway for any illegal transactions, unauthorized loan services, fraud, gambling, money laundering, or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

অনুমোদনহীন লোন বা কোনো অবৈধ কাজের প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই মার্চেন্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং অ্যাকাউন্টে থাকা সকল ব্যালান্স স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত (Freeze) ও বাতিল করা হবে।
If found engaging in unauthorized loans or illegal activities, the merchant account along with all available balance will be permanently frozen and terminated without prior notice.

প্রয়োজনে অনিয়মের সাথে জড়িত মার্চেন্টের বিরুদ্ধে প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও অ্যাকাউন্ট সংক্রান্ত ডকুমেন্টস আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
Legal actions will be taken against the merchant according to applicable laws, and relevant details may be handed over to law enforcement agencies if required.

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের মানি লন্ডারিং প্রতিরোধ (AML) নিয়ম মেনে সার্ভিস পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
Services must be operated in compliance with Bangladesh Bank's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.

আদালত বা বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের কোনো নির্দেশনা থাকলে লেনদেন বাতিল বা হোল্ড করা হতে পারে।
Transactions may be canceled or put on hold upon orders from courts or Bangladesh Bank.

যেকোনো পক্ষ লিখিত নোটিশ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সেবা ব্যবহার বা চুক্তি বাতিল করতে পারবে।
Either party may terminate the agreement or service by providing written notice.

প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় উভয় পক্ষের সম্মতিতে শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করা যেতে পারে।
Terms and conditions may be modified or amended at any time with mutual consent.
